Alumni Card Request Form

An alumni card and picture identification will serve as your ID for gaining access to the library, discounted admission to the Michael C. Carlos Museum, discounted tickets through Arts at Emory, and to purchase a gym membership. If you would like to user your card for access to campus libraries, your card must be activated at the EmoryCard office.

Please Note:

Spring Graduates will be able to activate their Alumni Card the following November. Summer/Fall Graduates will be able to activate their Alumni Card the following May.

If you are a recent graduate, please follow the instructions provided on your new alumni card to activate it at the appropriate time.
