Emory Medal: the highest university award given to alumni in recognition of lifetime achievement.

J. Pollard Turman Alumni Service Award: highest award for volunteer alumni service to Emory.

Community Impact Award: recognizes the extraordinary commitment of alumni who contribute to the good of their communities.

Jake's Golden Heart Award: recognizes alumni of 50+ years who demonstrate the values exemplified by former Dean of Alumni Dr. Judson "Jake" Ward 33C 36G.

Please note: You are welcome to submit multiple nominations, but please complete only one form for each nominee.

Please note: A letter of recommendation is required for Emory Medal, J. Pollard Turman Alumni Service Award and Jake's Golden Heart. It is highly recommended for the Community Impact Award.
